Coming through the window... bundles of photons.
Sunshine fascinates me. Light fascinates me, even on a minute scale; photons behaving like both particles and waves, defying explanations which suit everything else.
Plants grow toward the light. Animal life develops optic sensors to detect light. You don’t see any other type of rays getting this sort of treatment.

"This Side of Paradise"
“This Side of Paradise” had a pretty epic Kirk vs. Spock brawl. Those flower-bombs crack me up. Also, Layla (spelling?) was extremely creepy, but not as weird as happy Spock. “I don’t have much to say about it, but for the first time in my life, I was happy.” Cue classic emotional Star Trek music. I love this show in all its ridiculousness.

2 periods of rest throughout a 24-hour total period. in this instance, 6am-9am, 6pm-9pm. i like to refer to them as phases 1 and 2.
ideally, the body adapts to enter REM sleep almost immediately upon slumbering. I think it’s starting to work; lately, I have twice as many weird dreams, because I have them twice a day.
